2009-2010 will rank with 1913-14, 1933-36, 1964-65 and 1981-82 as years that will permanently change our government, politics and lives. Just as the stars were aligned for Wilson, Roosevelt, Johnson and Reagan, they are aligned for Obama. Simply put, we enter his administration as free-enterprise, market-dominated, laissez-faire America. We will shortly become like Germany, France, the United Kingdom, or Sweden — a socialist democracy in which the government dominates the economy, determines private-sector priorities and offers a vastly expanded range of services to many more people at much higher taxes.

“Socialism is the doctrine that man has no right to exist for his own sake, that his life and his work do not belong to him, but belong to society, that the only justification of his existence is his service to society, and that society may dispose of him in any way it pleases for the sake of whatever it deems to be its own tribal, collective good. The essential characteristic of socialism is the denial of individual property rights. Under socialism, the right to property (which is the right of use and disposal) is vested in ‘society as a whole, i.e., in the collective, with production and distribution controlled by the state, i.e., by the government.

Socialism may be established by force, as in the Union of Soviet Socialist Republics - or by vote, as in Nazi (National Socialist) Germany. The degree of socialization may be total, as in Russia - or partial, as in England. Theoretically, the differences are superficial; practically, they are only a matter of time. The basic principle, in all cases, is the same.

There is no difference between the principles, policies and practical results of socialism—and those of any historical or prehistorical tyranny. Socialism is merely democratic absolute monarchy, that is, a system of absolutism without a fixed head, open to seizure of power by all comers, by any ruthless climber, opportunist, adventurer, demagogue or thug (or Democrat). When you consider socialism, do not fool yourself about its nature. Remember that there is no such dichotomy as ‘human rights’ versus ‘property rights.’ No human rights can exist without property rights. Since material goods are produced by the mind and effort of individual men, and are needed to sustain their lives, if the producer does not own the result of his effort, he does not own his life. To deny property rights means to turn men into property owned by the state. Whoever claims the ‘right’ to ‘redistribute’ the wealth produced by others is claiming the ‘right’ to treat human beings as chattel.

European Socialist Karl Marx had a much more succinct definition: ”From those with the greatest capability to those with the greatest need.” If these definitions aren’t an alarm bell, then no one is paying attention.

Socialism in America has been creeping upon us for 80 to 100 years, starting somewhere around Woodrow Wilson’s term in office. Socialist roots come from three motives.
1) Sincere altruism to help those in need;
2) misguided compassion without regard to consequences; and
3) or the premeditated desire to entrench power by offering handouts from government to secure votes, handouts that government would have to steal from others.

As you can see, America is already moving toward Socialism at a fast pace.

Electing Barack Hussein Obama with Nancy Pelosi, and Harry Reid is installing an Elected Socialist Government that has no intention of following the Constitution, which is treason.

The Democrat’s socialist and radical environmental actions are not only criminal, they are treasonous. For those Americans who have acquiesced to Socialism, you are just as guilty as the leaders who led us here. Unfortunately, many Americans have forgotten that socialism and freedom are mutually exclusive.

Patriots can no longer stand by and allow socialist Democrat's to prevail without committing treason too.

Don't Call It Socialism

Durbin tells us Uncle Sam is now the biggest player in the housing market:

Sen. Dick Durbin, the Senate’s No. 2 Democrat, immediately called on the federal government to enact an aggressive loan modification plan in a letter to Secretary Paulson and other officials. “The federal government now owns or has a controlling interest in a large percentage of the outstanding mortgages in America,” Durbin wrote. “With that control and influence comes responsibility.”

What can the government do with that new “control” and “responsibility”? Well, turns out, quite a lot:

Section 109 of the bill is entitled “Foreclosure Mitigation Efforts.” It orders the secretary of the Treasury to “implement a plan that seeks to maximize assistance for homeowner.” It lists as means the secretary can use for doing this: “term extensions, rate reductions, principal write downs, increases in the proportion of loans within a trust or other structure allowed to be modified, or removal of other limitation on modifications.” Section 110 of the bill is entitled “Assistance to Homeowners.” It orders other federal agencies to ease the terms of mortgages the federal government purchases if the borrower is at risk of foreclosure… It specifically lists interest rate and principal reductions as tools federal agencies can use to keep people in homes they otherwise cannot afford.

Reaction to these sections of the bailout: “In my mind, they’re trying to go back and rewrite the mortgage contracts,” said Connel Fullenkamp, an associate professor of economics at Duke University… “This is a contract between the bank and consumer,” said Ritch Workman, of Workman Mortgage Co. in Melbourne. He is the president of the Florida Association of Mortgage Brokers. “Who is going to invest in America if they think the government will one day change the rules?“

It's Official--"United" Socialist America

My hat, shirt, and now, even my dirty underwear are off to Carl Marx, and you Socialist in America.

With the Financial Bailout, the Socialist Democrats implemented His tactics to a successful takeover of America, openly before our supporting eyes. Many continue working to accelerate His ideas in the new Socialist, but not "United," America. After knowing freedom, it will never be a United country under Socialism.

The key financial tactic started when Government created Fannie and Freddie. Then the justice dept forced banks to implement unsound mandated loans. Then regulators allowed banks to bundle and amplify these loans for inflated resale. The corrupt institutions funded the officials to make rules and regulation needed to destroy the system.

The corrupt Government could only come up with a government only solution because of their elite and infinite wisdom. They can do no wrong. It's always the fault of someone else--that's a government rule never challenged.

Now government runs at least the financial institutions, the schools, and the housing. Working on health care, insurance, airlines, media (radio and internet), and what's left of state's rights-- thanks to California, Michigan, Ohio, New York, Illinois, Mass., and other Democrat controlled, socialist, states.

Remember, other parts of Marxism were already in place prior to this crowing jewel of Bailout + (class warfare, media domination, moral degradation, uneducated population, corrupt judicial system, open borders, language barrier, and all forms of America is the Problem Mentality, without loyalty to The Constitution).

Now that Socialism is obvious, it's harder, but up to you to keep your freedom, if you want it.

Power is precisely what the "bailout" bill, which cleared the Senate Wednesday night, is ultimately about. Uncle Sam wants even greater control over the economy, your money and your life.

But as I've pointed out repeatedly over the past few weeks, what has caused the market's volatility isn’t the lack of government action, but fear of it. After all, it's the short-sided, pragmatic rush to pass a bill -- any bill -- that spawned Sarbanes-Oxley and the Patriot Act. And while there's no way of precisely knowing the economic fallout of not passing the bill, the unintended consequences of such a draconian scheme are equally unimaginable.

What Americans don't get, however, is that the goal of the bill isn’t to help Wall Street or Main Street, but to centralize power in Washington. Not surprisingly, that's where its biggest proponents just happen to reside.

The title article from SmartMoney documents the unintended consequences of Politically Motivated Government Control. Government then resorts to more Political Government Control to solve all problems. Hence the path to Socialism is advanced at a record pace.

A Single-Party Politically Controlled Government places their power over principal. The good of the country comes in second.

While a government is needed to define and implement policy, the Politically Controlled Government we have today can't seem to properly allocate these demands.

The Administration (One Party) proposes a plan that they believe will help remedy a problem with the knowledge that a Congress (Second Party) must agree. It is not necessarily their optimum program, from a Conservative Viewpoint, but one that might work with a Liberal Viewpoint. Hence it really results in Congressional Control from the beginning.

In the end, The Administration recommends, Congress defines, and The Administration accepts or rejects.

The results of today's Power Center is more Socialism.

Is the only play today a play in Socialism?

You must be in Power and part of The Elite Party.

By definition this leaves out Middle America because you only have two classes--Those in and those out. The In Class will be smaller because they need the Out Class as "slaves" to implement the In Class "Wisdom."

It isn't clear to me whether the Paulson Plan would work under the environment we have in Government today if it were implemented by the current administration. But it is clear to me that we aren't going to have that opportunity.

Congress will change it too much to the left and make it impossible for the market to work and correct another problem Congress created earlier. Hence they must step in again and pick New Winners and Losers from a Political Viewpoint.

Unless Congress is changed in the next election, or at least restrained, the next election will define for you whether you are in the Elite Party, or the Slave Party.

Note, the Party you are in is not determined by your vote, but by the results of the next election. You will either be a Elite Ruler, or Ruled Slave.

2008, Monumental Election for America's Future

All elections are important, but this election is Monumental. Why?

1. As in the past, there are primarily two parties in contention. The difference this time is one Party used a conventional process to select their candidate by a majority vote of each state aided by the exposed Media bias. Representative Technique.

The other side selected it's candidate using an Elite Crafted Policy of Super Delegates to select their candidate, also aided by the exposed Media bias. Socialist Technique.
This technique had voter participation, but not in the selection process. The candidate was anointed by the Elite Super Delegates. He(she) was not selected by the voter. Their procedures were crafted by the Elite to stop the convention vote and control the selection.

It is clear, the voters are not sophisticated and educated enough to pick the "right" candidate(s).

2. Voters have been exposed to the tremendous bias and influence of All Media. The Liberal Media, primarily television, was caught off guard with the selection of Gov. Palin. Their Class Warfare attacks, without new talking points in the unconventional situation forced them to challenge gender much the way they protected race, and vice verse, but for the wrong side. They were forced to switch sides from their previous positions. They were not prepared for the massive change the Republicans offered because one of the Media selected candidates was not chosen. To the Liberal Media, talk radio had switched sides by supporting a woman, which was never the issue to talk radio.

Conservative Media, primarily talk radio, was exposed also. Finally they had someone in the election process who's principal's they could support. It wasn't gender, race, wealthy, poor, or other Class Based issue. It finally was someone of conservative principal who supports defense, energy, freedom, economy, integrity, and other American Ideals. Someone who lives them, not just reads the talking points. So now the public, and Liberal Media, is learning that Talk Radio is about American principals, ideas,and American Values, not class warfare.

Liberal-Media Education continues--Palin on ABC, McCain on View. Obama with Bill. Both candidates are on, but not at the same time, a 911 Volunteer Program. All events are Liberal Media controlled events, as too are the debates. Saddleback Event is the only event not controlled by the Liberal Media. I'd like to see an event hosted by Talk Radio. With some luck, someday we will.

The key point to this Monumental Election for America's Future is the American Voter is exposed to the blatant Socialist leaning of the Parties, the Media, and the Candidates as never before.

Edgar K. Browning, professor of economics at Texas A&M University, has a new book aptly titled "Stealing from Each Other." Its subtitle, "How the Welfare State Robs Americans of Money and Spirit," goes to the heart of what the book is about.

The article, A Nation of Thieves, by Walter Williams, underscores some of the fundamental problems. It also points out that the Defense spending is not the problem.

Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac--Government Corruption Personified

Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac are perfect examples of how "Government Run Business's" work, I mean fail.

These companies were setup as "private business's" by government with good intentions. They were designed to advance home ownership by providing loans to lower income buyers.

With government perceived backing they were able to offer lower rates than commercial competitors to people that were not technically qualified. With incompetent management made up of cronies of the controlling government organizations and creative political donations to the members who have oversight, they were allowed to continue with unchecked corrupt and expanded policies. In 2004, the government recognized both organizations were in trouble and the government held hearings on corrective measures. Oversight was increased, but due to partisanship and corruption it was limited and ineffective, allowing them to dig the hole deeper.

Now, since they have grown too big, but still corrupt and entwined with the policy makers, they are "too big to fail." Hence the solution is to back their incompetence by expanding their role, rewarding their mismanagement, and spreading the cost to the taxpayers. Similar to previous government corrective action.

Government Run Businesses are controlled by Politics, not good business practices. "Government Run Business" can never fail. Consequently, The Government solution is to make it bigger and badder.

This is how you Socialize a Nation.
