Now that we know that the authority to order courts-martial resides with the Commander-in-Chief, it is time for all criminal charges against LTC Terry Lakin be dropped and formal investigations should commence in to Obama's usurpation of the the highest office. It is clear as day that Obama AKA Soeotoro AKA Soebarkah is hiding is whole past at all costs. That alone should be more than enough to raise the red flags, not to mention his Social Security problem.

A career officer in the U.S. Army acting as a judge in the prosecution of Lt. Col. Terrence Lakin Court Martial said Lt. Col. Lakin will be denied access to any of Obama’s records as well as any testimony from those who may have access to the records and opening up such evidence could be an “embarrassment” to the president, and it’s up to Congress to call for impeachment of a sitting president.
