First Day to Apply for Ballot by Mail: June 1, 2012

1. To request your ballot, you will need to print out this form.
2. Complete the form.
3. Mail it to your county clerk. You can find your county clerk’s address here.

Please note that if you are out of town during early voting and election day then you will need to request a ballot by mail and have your ballot mailed to an address outside the county in which you reside.

To be eligible to vote early by mail in Texas, you must:

-Be 65 years or older;
-Be disabled;
-Be out of the county on election day and during the period for early voting by personal appearance

Important Info: Again, if you are out of town during early voting and election day then you will need to request a ballot by mail using the steps above and have it sent to an address outside of the county in which you live.
