Hillary Clinton was right! Barack Obama is in so far over his unqualified head that he is getting caught up in his own tangled web of deceit before he can reach Election Day! And wife Michelle Obama just might be the person who ends his bid for the White House!

Had Howard Dean’s DNC not cheated Hillary Clinton out of her nomination by silencing Florida and Michigan Clinton supporters to advance Barack Obama, we might not have the biggest story in presidential political history!

Michelle Obama finally let her anger get the best of her and as she put it, “enough is enough!”

“Enough Is Enough”
In a recent phone tirade with African Press International, Mrs. Obama launched into a rabid verbal assault upon yet another press outlet that dared to print anything the least bit investigative about her husband, presidential candidate Barack Obama. The conversation was apparently recorded and API promises to release that tape before the November election.

In that audio taped phone interview, Michelle Obama lit into API writers and editors. In a fit of unbridled rage, Michelle said more to disqualify her husband than all the right-wing bloggers in the universe could have come up with combined.

Here’s her statement in full context, as reported by African Press International:

“African press International is supposed to support Africans and African-American view” -“it is strange that API has chosen to support the racists against my husband. There is no shame in being adopted by a step father. All dirt has been thrown onto my husband’s face and yet he loves this country. My husband and I know that there is no law that will stop him from becoming the president, just because some American white racists are bringing up the issue of my husband’s adoption by His step father. The important thing here is where my husband’s heart is at the moment. I can tell the American people that My husband loves this country and his adoption never changed his love for this country. He was born in Hawaii, yes, and that gives him all the right to be an American citizen even though he was adopted by a foreigner; says Michelle Obama on telefon to API.”

Three Pending Law Suits
Democrat former Assistant Attorney General of Pennsylvania Philip J. Berg filed a law suit charging that Barack Hussein Obama is not a U.S. Citizen and therefore, is not fundamentally qualified to run for the office of President.

Berg’s claim was based upon two fundamental assertions...
1) Obama was born in Kenya , not Hawaii

2) Obama was adopted by Indonesian step father and enrolled in Indonesian school as an Indonesian citizen who never formally changed his legal status back to American citizen

Although Michelle Obama stated, “there is no law that will stop him from becoming the president,” she might be very wrong about that arrogant assumption. It’s called the U.S. Constitution...

Berg has since recently updated the status of his case to “admission by default” after the Obama campaign filed requests for dismissal or stay until after the election, but failed to respond to the demand for admission within the thirty day time window allowed by the court.

When you refuse or fail to properly answer the demand for admissions in a timely manner, you lose by default and all charges are instantly admitted by default.

A second suit was filed in Washington State and yet a third has now been filed in Hawaii ...

Michelle Provides the Answers
“He was born in Hawaii , yes, and that gives him all the right to be an American citizen even though he was adopted by a foreigner,” stated Michelle Obama...

Not so fast Michelle...

This statement openly confirms Berg’s second foundation for asserting that Obama is not a U.S. citizen. He gave up any U.S. citizenship he might have once held when he was legally adopted by Lolo Soetoro, M.A. a citizen of Indonesia . Obama’s Indonesian school records also confirm his status as the adopted son of Soetoro and a citizen of Indonesia .

Indonesian law did not allow dual citizenship at that time, which means in order to become a citizen of Indonesia ; Barry Obama (aka Barry Soetoro) had to give up his American citizenship. This is exactly what Berg asserted in his suit, which the Obama main stream press continues to cover up today.

But Michelle Gave Up Much More
Accusing API of colluding with American internet bloggers in an effort to bring down her husband, Mrs Obama said, “African press International is supposed to support Africans and African-American view,” - “it is strange that API has chosen to support the racists against my husband.”

In other words, the press is not supposed to seek or print truth, it’s supposed to “support Africans and African-American view,” according to Mrs. Obama.

“...it is strange that API has chosen to support the racists against my husband.”

Yes, that is quite strange actually, isn’t it... Why would the African Press International run allegedly untrue unflattering stories about the first African-American presidential candidate?

Equally Odd Is API Reaction to Mrs. Obama’s Phone Tirade...
From the ongoing API conversation with Mrs. Obama - “This is a very interesting turn of events. The American man Dr Corsi was recently reported to have been arrested in Kenya because there was fear that he might reveal information on Obama when he wanted to hold a press conference in Nairobi .” API

“The question now is why he was arrested and who ordered his arrest. Was Obama’s hand in this in any way? We will never know the truth but what is clear is that Dr Corsi was seen as a threat while in Kenya .” API

I understand the potential political motivations of Corsi and World Net Daily, both political opponents of Barack Obama. But how do you explain the position of API?

API Reports:

“When API asked Mrs. Obama to comment on why Dr Corsi was arrested by the Kenyan government and whether she thought Kenya’s Prime Minister Mr. Raila Odinga was involved in Dr Corsi’s arrest, she got irritated and simply told API not to dig that which will support evil people who are out to stop her husband from getting the presidency.”

API Reports:

“When asked who she was referring to as the evil people, she stated that she was not going to elaborate much on that but that many conservative white people and even some African Americans were against her husband, but that this group of blacks were simply doing so because of envy.”

According to API:

Mrs. Obama told API that “it was unfortunate that Mr Farakhan came out the way he did supporting her husband openly before the elections was over.”

He should have waiting until after the election...

“Even if my husband was able to prove that he is not a Muslim, he will not be believed by those who have come out strongly to destroy his chances of being the next President. Do real people expect someone to deny a religion when 80 percent of his relatives are Muslims?” Mrs. Obama asked API towards the end of the call.

How to Make it all Well?
In closing, API reports than Mrs. Obama offered a means of reconciliation to API editors, -

“Mrs. Obama asked API to write a good story about her husband and that will earn API an invitation to the inauguration ceremony when, as she put it , her husband will be “installed” as the next President of the United States of America next year.”

Mrs. Obama does not seem to understand that we “elect” leadership in the United States . We do NOT “install” dictators who think they are above the law in some third world coup d'etat, like her husband’s cousin pulled off in Kenya ...

Case Closed!
Michelle Obama not only confirmed Philip Berg’s claims than her husband is not even fundamentally eligible to run for President, she confirmed much more!

That Leaves the Subject of the American Press Blackout on Obama!

The New Party's aim was to help elect politicians to office who espouse its policies.

Among New Party members was linguist and radical activist Noam Chomsky.

Obama's campaign has responded to the allegations, denying the presidential candidate was ever a member of the New Party.

But the New Zeal blog dug up print copies of the New Party News, the party's official newspaper, which show Obama posing with New Party leaders, list him as a New Party member and include quotes from him.

6. The last few people who were hired should clean out their desks. Don't feel bad, though, because President Obama will give you free healthcare, free handouts, free oil for heating your home, free food stamps, and he'll let you stay in your home for as long as you want even if you can't pay your mortgage. If you appeal directly to our democratic congress, you might even get a free flat screen TV and a coupon for free haircuts (shouldn't all Americans be entitled to nice looking hair?)!!!

But he doesn't take money from lobbyist, only unions and trial lawyers. Good thing that isn't frowned upon like taking money from people that represent big business and Big Oil, who really do produce products that the Country needs.

My bet is that all this isn't enough. It looks like he has the support of most of our enemies and some of our "friends." Check the connections to Iran, Kenya, Hamas, Venezuela, Syria, and China.

Barack H. Obama doesn't try to hide his activities, only his agenda. He actually features it so that if he wins the office (God forbid) he will claim a mandate to Socialize the Country.

It's up to you how much it costs. With our enemies funding him, there may be no limit to what he can raise. By the time the Citizens find out, if he ever does, he'll be in control.

Obama has been a main supporter of Senate Bill 2433. This bill passed the House in 2007 and has gone to the Senate. Biden, who is the Foreign Relations Committee Chair put in on the fast track. It appears they have not pushed it since Obama has started the campaign, probably because he did not want to have to explain giving an EXTRA 845 Billion dollars to the United Nations with no strings attached and no control of its delievery by the Untied States.

Ironically, in its analysis of NRA materials on Barack Obama, these so-called "FactCheckers" use the election year campaign rhetoric of a presidential candidate and a verbal claim by one of the most zealous gun control supporters in Congress to refute facts compiled by NRA's research of vote records and review of legislative language.

There's another possible explanation behind FactCheck's positions. Just last year, FactCheck's primary funding source, the Annenberg Foundation, also gave $50,000 to the Brady Center to Prevent Gun Violence for "efforts to reduce gun violence by educating the public and by enacting and enforcing regulations governing the gun industry." Presidential Qualifications Today?

I can remember when the central question to be President was, "Does Character Matter?"
It seemed an illogical question at the time, but who am I to question the Elite Media?

This year the required qualification, or non qualification, are amplified just like the Unaffordable Housing Plan:

• Does experience matter?
• Does honesty matter?
• Do associations matter?
• Do voter laws and regulations matter?
• Does amount of money raised matter?
• Do donors matter?
• Do what people do matter?
• Do facts matter?
• Do contributors matter?
• Do principals matter?
• Does your word matter?
• Do intentions matter?
  

More and more, I'm observing that none of the these are important qualifications for a President.

Now the following points are considered more important:

• How you feel
  
• How you look (but not racial, gender, religious, or successful)
• How smooth you are at covering your flaws
  
• How good you can conceal documents
• How many ways you can say nothing
• How good you can fool them
• How good you avoid answering questions
• How good you can cover or express emotions
• How good you can raise money
• How good you can cover the questionably money
• How you poll
• How negative you are
• Who won debate
  

Now the qualifications of the biggest, smoothest, and most accomplished crook is the most qualified--according to the Elite Media.

It seems illogical to me again, but who am I to question the Elite Media?

Government of Principal, or Government of Power

"My Friends," we no longer have a two party system of government of Democrat vs Republican.

We have a two party system of Government of Power vs Government of Principal. This system has been semi balanced for a number of years, but this year it is reaching the "point of no return."

Anyone that has watched the Senate live on C-Span has observed the battle of Power vs Principal. When the Democrats or Republicans are in charge of the Senate, it is defined by the media to be the party that has 50+ votes. What is overlooked is the number of Senators of either Party voting to advance their Power over those that are voting for Principal.

In the past few years the Senate has been controlled by about 60 Moderate Power Broker Senators, and 40, or less, Senators who stand firm for Principal. This makeup also controls the quality of judges appointed to the courts, including the Supreme Court.

The House is similar, except it only needs a, Majority of Power or Principal, members; and control of the Speaker Position to totally control the House.

The President has the power of leadership and the power to appointing candidates to positions, but many have to be approved by the Senate which sometimes reduces the quality. And he has the Power of the Veto.

As many of you know, in the past we have had a "Balance of Power" which means the Power Brokers don't totally control the House, the Senate, and the President all at the same time.

This election is critical beyond anything you can imagine.

Power Brokers, from both parties, are expected to gain control of all three branches of Government in this next election, independent of whether Obama or McCain is elected President, or whether Democrats or Republicans are elected to the House and Senate.

As witnessed, when Clinton or Bush was President, both had to submit legislation that the Power Brokers would support, or at least accept, to accomplish anything during their administration.

It is this emphasis in Power Broker Control over the last few years, especially since 2006, that has threatened our Government as it was structured in the Constitution. We have a more Socialistic Government, and it's power is increasing so fast that it has become obvious. Power Brokers (Socialists) may be embolden entirely by the Voter in the 2008 election.

Some of the results of Government for Power over Government of Principal are listed below:

Judicial System Making Law without Congressional restraint, including the Supreme Court.
Budgets combined.
Earmarks (bribes) continuing to grow.
Wealth redistribution plans of rebates and bailouts.
Government acquisition of Financial Institutions.
Increased spending programs, without performance review.
Immigration expansion, both legal and illegal.
Congressional effort that support our common enemy.
Increasing decisions that have to be made by courts.
Increasing court intervention in war execution.
In general, personal responsibility replaced by government control.
More power to courts.

This election, as none before, isn't about Republican or Democrat, it's about governing for Power, or for Principal.

Just for the record, I'm not happy about either McCain or Obama for President in this struggle. But there are fewer Democrats for Principal than Republicans in our current Congress and courts.

The other contributing factors affecting the election this year are Media misinformation, Voter Corruption and fraud, and Voter awareness and apathy.

As for President Bush, I believe he has tried to do what's right for the country, as he sees it, but he was terribly wrong on immigration, spending, and the Bailout legislation.

But it is just as important, if not more important, is to determine which Judges, Senators, Congressional or other officials are running for Power or Principal, independent of their listed party. However, be aware in the 2006 election, several ran as Conservatives to get elected, but were whipped into the Party Power position after elected.

With regard to Sarah Palin, I believe she is a Principal player--if Washington politics doesn't corrupt her too.

The essential characteristic of socialism is the denial of individual property rights. Under socialism, the right to property (which is the right of use and disposal) is vested in ‘society as a whole, i.e., in the collective, with production and distribution controlled by the state, i.e., by the government.

Socialism may be established by force, as in the Union of Soviet Socialist Republics - or by vote, as in Nazi (National Socialist) Germany. The degree of socialization may be total, as in Russia - or partial, as in England. Theoretically, the differences are superficial; practically, they are only a matter of time. The basic principle, in all cases, is the same.

There is no difference between the principles, policies and practical results of socialism—and those of any historical or prehistorical tyranny. Socialism is merely democratic absolute monarchy, that is, a system of absolutism without a fixed head, open to seizure of power by all comers, by any ruthless climber, opportunist, adventurer, demagogue or thug (or Democrat). When you consider socialism, do not fool yourself about its nature. Remember that there is no such dichotomy as ‘human rights’ versus ‘property rights.’ No human rights can exist without property rights. Since material goods are produced by the mind and effort of individual men, and are needed to sustain their lives, if the producer does not own the result of his effort, he does not own his life. To deny property rights means to turn men into property owned by the state. Whoever claims the ‘right’ to ‘redistribute’ the wealth produced by others is claiming the ‘right’ to treat human beings as chattel.

European Socialist Karl Marx had a much more succinct definition: ”From those with the greatest capability to those with the greatest need.” If these definitions aren’t an alarm bell, then no one is paying attention.

Socialism in America has been creeping upon us for 80 to 100 years, starting somewhere around Woodrow Wilson’s term in office. Socialist roots come from three motives.
1) Sincere altruism to help those in need;
2) misguided compassion without regard to consequences; and
3) or the premeditated desire to entrench power by offering handouts from government to secure votes, handouts that government would have to steal from others.

As you can see, America is already moving toward Socialism at a fast pace.

Electing Barack Hussein Obama with Nancy Pelosi, and Harry Reid is installing an Elected Socialist Government that has no intention of following the Constitution, which is treason.

The Democrat’s socialist and radical environmental actions are not only criminal, they are treasonous. For those Americans who have acquiesced to Socialism, you are just as guilty as the leaders who led us here. Unfortunately, many Americans have forgotten that socialism and freedom are mutually exclusive.

Patriots can no longer stand by and allow socialist Democrat's to prevail without committing treason too.

Don't Call It Socialism

Durbin tells us Uncle Sam is now the biggest player in the housing market:

Sen. Dick Durbin, the Senate’s No. 2 Democrat, immediately called on the federal government to enact an aggressive loan modification plan in a letter to Secretary Paulson and other officials. “The federal government now owns or has a controlling interest in a large percentage of the outstanding mortgages in America,” Durbin wrote. “With that control and influence comes responsibility.”

What can the government do with that new “control” and “responsibility”? Well, turns out, quite a lot:

Section 109 of the bill is entitled “Foreclosure Mitigation Efforts.” It orders the secretary of the Treasury to “implement a plan that seeks to maximize assistance for homeowner.” It lists as means the secretary can use for doing this: “term extensions, rate reductions, principal write downs, increases in the proportion of loans within a trust or other structure allowed to be modified, or removal of other limitation on modifications.” Section 110 of the bill is entitled “Assistance to Homeowners.” It orders other federal agencies to ease the terms of mortgages the federal government purchases if the borrower is at risk of foreclosure… It specifically lists interest rate and principal reductions as tools federal agencies can use to keep people in homes they otherwise cannot afford.

Reaction to these sections of the bailout: “In my mind, they’re trying to go back and rewrite the mortgage contracts,” said Connel Fullenkamp, an associate professor of economics at Duke University… “This is a contract between the bank and consumer,” said Ritch Workman, of Workman Mortgage Co. in Melbourne. He is the president of the Florida Association of Mortgage Brokers. “Who is going to invest in America if they think the government will one day change the rules?“

At first, ACORN’s anti-bank actions were relatively few in number. However, under a provision of the 1989 savings and loan bailout pushed by liberal Democratic legislators, like Massachusetts Congressman Joseph P. Kennedy, lenders were required to compile public records of mortgage applicants by race, gender, and income. Although the statistics produced by these studies were presented in highly misleading ways, groups like ACORN were able to use them to embarrass banks into lowering credit standards. At the same time, a wave of banking mergers in the early 1990's provided an opening for ACORN to use CRA to force lending changes. Any merger could be blocked under CRA, and once ACORN began systematically filing protests over minority lending, a formerly toothless set of regulations began to bite.

Be careful who you hold responsible for the Credit Crisis. You could be rewarding those responsible, by continuing to replace the good with the bad as was done in 2006 election.

Call for 'grassroots effort' to help boost campaign

The names of four former top leaders of the Weathermen terrorist organization are listed as signatories on an online petition calling for an "independent grassroots effort" to help strengthen Sen. Barack Obama's campaign.

The petition was initiated by Progressives for Obama, an independent organization acting to ensure the Illinois senator's election.

Progressives includes among its ranks many former members of the 1960s radical organization Students for a Democratic Society, or SDS, from which the Weathermen splintered, as well as current and former members of other radical organizations, such as the Communist Party USA and the Black Radical Congress.

"We agree that Barack Obama is our best option for president in 2008, and that an independent grassroots effort can help strengthen his campaign," states the online petition. "It can also strengthen the mandate for his programs for stopping war, promoting global justice and securing our rights, liberties, and economic well-being."

"About a year ago, I would have voted for Obama. I have changed my mind three times since then. I watch all the news channels, jumping from one to another. I must say this drives my husband crazy. But, I feel if you view MSNBC, CNN, and FOX News, you might get some middle ground to work with.

About six months ago, I started thinking, 'Where did the money come from for Obama?' I have four daughters who went to college, and we were middle class, and money was tight.

We (including my girls) worked hard and there were lots of student loans. I started looking into Obama's life. Around 1979, Obama started college at Occidental in California . He is very open about his two years at Occidental, he tried all kinds of drugs and was wasting his time but, even though he had a brilliant mind, did not apply himself to his studies. 'Barry' (that was the name he used all his life) during this time had two roommates, Muhammad Hasan Chandoo and Wahid Hamid, both from Pakistan .

During the summer of 1981, after his second year in college, he made a 'round the world' trip. Stopping to see his mother in Indonesia , next Hyderabad in India , three weeks in Karachi , Pakistan where he stayed with his roommate's family. My question - Where did he get the money for this trip? Neither I, nor any one of my children would have had money for a trip like this when they were in college.

When he came back he started school at Columbia University in New York . It is at this time he wants everyone to call him Barak - not Barry. Do you know what the tuition is at Columbia ? It's not cheap to say the least. Where did he get money for tuition? Student Loans maybe" After Columbia , he went to Chicago to work as a Community Organizer for $12,000 Year.

Why Chicago ? Why not New York ? He was already living in New York . By 'chance' he met Antoin 'Tony' Rezko, born in Aleppo Syria , and a real estate developer in Chicago . Rezko has been convicted of fraud and bribery this year.

Rezko was named 'Entrepreneur of the Decade' by the Arab-American Business and Professional Association.

About two hears later, Obama entered Harvard Law School . Do you have any idea what tuition is for Harvard Law School ? Where did he get the money for Law School ? More student loans?

After law school, he went back to Chicago . Rezko offered him a job, which he turned down. But, he did take a job with Davis, Miner, Barnhill & Galland. Guess what? They represented 'Rezar' which was Rezko's firm.

Rezko was one of Obama's first major financial contributors when he ran for office in Chicago . In 2003, Rezko threw an early fundraiser for Obama which Chicago Tribune reporter David Mendelland claims was instrumental in providing Obama with 'seed money' for his U.S. Senate race. In 2005, Obama purchased a new home in Kenwood District of Chicago for $1.65 million (less than the asking price. With

ALL those Student Loans, where did he get the money for the property? On the same day, Rezko's wife, Rita, purchased the adjoining empty lot for full price.

The London Times reported that Nadhmi Auchi, an Iraqi-born Billionaire loaned Rezko $3.5 million three weeks before Obama's new home was purchased. Obama met Nadhmi Auchi many times with Rezko. Now that we have Obama running for President.

Valerie Jarrett was Michele Obama's boss. She is now Obama's chief advisor and he does not make any major decisions without talking to her first. Where was Jarrett born? Ready for this? Shiraz , Iran ! Do we see a pattern here? Or am I going crazy?

On May 10, 2008, the Times reported, Robert Malley, advisor to Obama was 'sacked after the press found out he was having regular contacts with 'Hamas,' which controls Gaza and is connected with Iran .

This past week, buried in the back part of the papers, Iraqi newspapers reported that during Obama's visit to Iraq , he asked their leaders to do nothing about the war until after he is elected, and he will 'take care of things.'

Oh, and by the way, remember the college roommates that were born in Pakistan ? They are in charge of all these 'small' Internet campaign contributions for Obama. Where is that money coming from? The poor and middle class in this country? Or could it be from the Middle East ? And the final bit of news. On September 7, 2008, the Washington Times posted a verbal slip that was made on "This Week' with George Stephanapoulos. Obama on talking about his religion said, 'My Muslim faith...' When questioned, 'he made a mistake.' Some mistake!

It's Official--"United" Socialist America

With the Financial Bailout, the Socialist Democrats implemented His tactics to a successful takeover of America, openly before our supporting eyes. Many continue working to accelerate His ideas in the new Socialist, but not "United," America. After knowing freedom, it will never be a United country under Socialism.

The key financial tactic started when Government created Fannie and Freddie. Then the justice dept forced banks to implement unsound mandated loans. Then regulators allowed banks to bundle and amplify these loans for inflated resale. The corrupt institutions funded the officials to make rules and regulation needed to destroy the system.

The corrupt Government could only come up with a government only solution because of their elite and infinite wisdom. They can do no wrong. It's always the fault of someone else--that's a government rule never challenged.

Now government runs at least the financial institutions, the schools, and the housing. Working on health care, insurance, airlines, media (radio and internet), and what's left of state's rights-- thanks to California, Michigan, Ohio, New York, Illinois, Mass., and other Democrat controlled, socialist, states.

Remember, other parts of Marxism were already in place prior to this crowing jewel of Bailout + (class warfare, media domination, moral degradation, uneducated population, corrupt judicial system, open borders, language barrier, and all forms of America is the Problem Mentality, without loyalty to The Constitution).

Now that Socialism is obvious, it's harder, but up to you to keep your freedom, if you want it.
